Our Market History

SUTOR Global – a company we have built and transformed over the years into a purely Czech engineering and assembly organization with a comprehensive range of services, capable of providing clients with complete service in industrial construction and maintenance.

The company’s history dates back to 1995 when ZZ Servis spol. s. r. o. was established. It was a small service organization focused on maintenance and repairs of lifting equipment in the former Chemopetrol Litvínov complex.

We gradually expanded our services to include assembly, manufacturing of pipeline components, steel structures, and eventually the capability to construct complete technological units and industrial automation.

In 2017, as part of our expansion into other sectors and the creation of new specialized divisions, we changed the company name to SUTOR Global s. r. o.

Through strategic and targeted development, we have become one of the leaders in industrial assembly, engineering services, and technological maintenance.

In 2024, our professional capabilities were strengthened and expanded with several divisions from the former BIS Czech company, thereby strengthening our position particularly in manufacturing, insulation, scaffolding, valve repairs, and industrial maintenance in the chemical industry, especially at ORLEN Unipetrol.

The company’s statutory body consists of three managing directors – Ing. Jan Švec, Ing. Radek Švec, and Ing. Eva Švecová. Together, they are responsible for strategic management, business development, and professional leadership of the company. Their years of experience and managerial expertise represent a key element of SUTOR Global’s stability and continuity.

1995 – Company Foundation

The company was established under the name ZZ Servis spol. s r. o., focusing on repairs and inspections of lifting equipment, primarily in chemical plants in Litvínov-Záluží.

2010s – Portfolio Expansion

The company began to focus on the manufacture of steel structures, pipeline units, and electrical installations, transforming from an original service provider into a broader industrial partner.

2017 – Rebranding to SUTOR Global s. r. o.

The name change reflects the creation of new company divisions, portfolio expansion, and shifts goals toward larger, more demanding, and more complex projects.

2020s – Expansion of Energy Sector Specialization

From small projects in energy and heating to nuclear power plants (ETE, EDU, EMO, and EBO), confirming the company’s expertise and reliability in an industry with the highest safety and quality requirements.

We Actively Support Sports and Cultural Events in our Region

We are proud sports fans. We have been long-term sponsors of hockey clubs HC VERVA Litvínov and HC Mostečtí Lvi, as well as the Buggyra Racing team, which represents the Czech Republic at prestigious events, including the famous Rally Dakar.

In 2024, we became partners of sport fencing at the Olympic Festival at Most Lake.

We annually co-organize dragon boat races in Most. We also support the SUTOR Global dragon boat team in national competitions, where they regularly achieve podium finishes.

We also significantly contribute to the realization of numerous cultural and social events, as we believe that sports and culture are key to an active and vibrant society.
