In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, SUTOR Global undertakes to fulfil the conditions for providing protection to an individual who makes a report of a possible violation taking place in the company. We confirm the existence of an internal regulation that governs the implementation of the whistleblowing issue and the prohibition of retaliation identified in Section 4 of the Act and Article 19 of the relevant EU Directive.
The identity of the whistleblower may not be disclosed to a third party or authority without his or her recorded express consent, subject to the exceptions provided for by law. Notifiers may submit notifications in writing, both in paper form and electronically (two methods), or orally, in person and by telephone.
