SUTOR Global s.r.o. completed a project for preventive overhaul of three pumps manufactured by SIGMA GROUP a.s. during the period of August–September 2025.
The repairs were carried out within the scope of “medium repairs” according to the requirements of customer KSB – PUMPY + ARMATURY s.r.o. as part of service provision for equipment for ČEZ Group.
The objective was to ensure operational reliability of the pumps, eliminate identified defects, and restore technical parameters of the pumps after long-term operation.
The contract included complete disassembly, inspection, and repair of all three pumps of type 800-BQLV-953, including workshop measurements and dynamic balancing.
Main activities performed:
- Complete disassembly of pumps and cleaning of components
- Inspection and measurement of all parts after disassembly, evaluation of wear and repair proposals
- Replacement and repair of damaged parts including manufacturing of new components in SUTOR Global workshops
- Dynamic balancing of impellers and clearance inspection
- Application of protective coatings after blasting of internal and external surfaces in cooperation with SUTOR Global paint shop
- Assembly of pumps, measurement of functional parameters, and preparation of measurement protocols
- Inspection of operational values before and after commissioning
The project required key coordination between the service team, machining workshop, and paint shop, which enabled completion of repairs despite limited availability of original spare parts.
