The company SUTOR Global s.r.o. was responsible for the production of a straight tube bundle 2320-E08 for ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o., intended for the Litvínov Refinery unit.
This project involved the manufacturing of precise technological equipment designed for heat transfer in petroleum product processing operations. The scope of work also included the processing and redrawing of manufacturing documentation according to the specified technical parameters and client requirements.
The production of the tube bundle took 5 months and encompassed the complete manufacturing process, from documentation processing to final quality control.
The following activities were carried out as part of the project:
- Processing of manufacturing drawing documentation according to the supplied technical parameters
- Preparation and production of tube sheets from material SA 336 F5
- Fabrication of bundle tubes from material SA 213 T5, totaling 328 units with dimensions of 25.4 × 2.77 mm
- Assembly of the bundle with a length of 6,100 mm, a diameter of 1,015 mm, and a weight of 4,010 kg
- Welding with preheating and subsequent annealing to relieve internal stress after the welding process
- Final inspection, pressure tests, and outgoing quality documentation
