Maintenance and Repairs of the T700 Heating Plant

The company SUTOR Global has been providing comprehensive work at the T700 heating plant in the ORLEN Unipetrol complex in Záluží near Litvínov for a long time. The project includes both regular daily maintenance and repairs of pressure units and major repairs of individual boilers. Thanks to the expertise of our specialists and flexible deployment, we are able to ensure the operability of the equipment even in the demanding conditions of the petrochemical complex.

Scope of activities:

1. Standard daily maintenance

  • Ongoing inspection and servicing of heating plant equipment.

2. Repairs of pressure units

  • Local repairs of leaks caused by pipe corrosion.
  • The goal is to quickly restore the operability of the boilers.

3. Regular boiler repairs (K13, K14, K15, K16, K17, K18)

  • Inspection and review of individual boiler parts (static, pressure, gas parts, valve inspection).
  • Repairs are carried out based on inspection results and in cooperation with the customer.
  • Performed work: locksmith, welding, mechanical, scaffolding, insulation, and machining.

4. Replacement of parts of pressure units (K13, K15)

  • Complete replacement of membrane walls in the combustion chamber.
  • Major repair of boiler K15 including economizer replacement.
  • Work includes:
    • Dismantling and assembly of adjacent equipment.
    • Replacement of evaporator and economizer tubes.
    • Chemical cleaning and boiling.
    • Official pressure test.
    • Division of membrane walls into mountable parts.
    • Scaffolding and insulation work.
    • NDT inspections.
    • Trial operation (72 hours).
    • Collaboration with spare parts supplier.
    • Partial cleaning work during assembly.
    • Provision of transport and mechanization.
    • Complete initial and accompanying documentation.

Thanks to a professional approach, quality planning, and close cooperation with the customer, we have been able to ensure high reliability and safety of the T700 heating plant operation for a long time. This project demonstrates our ability to handle complex repairs and major reconstructions of large technological units in short timeframes with maximum emphasis on quality and work safety.
