Piping Systems for the Automotive Industry
We provide complete services in the field of manufacturing, assembly, and repair of welded and assembled piping systems. Thanks to our expertise and experience, we guarantee the reliability and long service life of piping systems, even in the most demanding operations.
We hold the EN ISO 3834-2 certificate and have a wide range of welding documents (WPS and WPQR) for welding methods 111, 135, and 141. Our technologies enable us to work with materials made of carbon, alloy, stainless, and duplex steel. We also specialize in welding with preheating and subsequent heat treatment (annealing) after welding.
Our employees are trained according to the EN 1591-4 standard, which ensures their professional competence in the assembly of bolted joints in pressure equipment in critical applications. We are also certified for the assembly of piping systems with SWAGELOK technology.

We have licenses for the manufacture, assembly, and repair of designated pressure equipment, inspections and tests of operated pressure equipment according to civil and mining regulations in the following scope:
- NA – Pressure vessels with a maximum working gauge pressure exceeding 0.2 MPa, whose safety product has a value higher than 1000 (includes pressure vessels of stable group B)
- NB – Other pressure vessels (pressure vessels with a maximum working gauge pressure up to 0.2 MPa inclusive, whose safety product has a value less than or equal to 1000)
- PK1 – 1st class – steam boilers with a nominal amount of steam produced above 115 t/h (includes all lower classes of steam boilers)
- HK2 – 2nd class – hot water boilers with a thermal output above 35 MW (includes all lower classes of hot water boilers)
