SUTOR Global s.r.o. carried out extensive scaffolding works for PRODECO a.s. during July-November 2024 at the DNT Tušimice site.
The contract was part of the technological replacement of anchor cables on the SchRS 1320/K110 excavator, which is among the key equipment for mining and material transfer in the brown coal district.
The project included complete provision of scaffolding structures for safe access of workers to individual parts of the excavator during the anchor cable replacement.
Main activities:
- Design and implementation of scaffolding structures based on the technological procedure provided by the client
- Assembly and disassembly of spatial scaffolding on the load-bearing parts of the machine, including arms and cabin
- Ensuring safe access to high-elevation sections of the excavator while maintaining operational stability of the structure
- Cooperation with the main contractor PRODECO a.s. in coordinating individual stages of cable replacement
All work was carried out under strict safety measures and in compliance with OHS requirements and internal regulations of DNT Tušimice operations.
