SUTOR Global s.r.o. is carrying out a complete reconstruction of the facade of the administrative building “Na Cihlářce 30” in Prague.
The project aims to replace the original Boletic cladding with a modern, insulated and ventilated facade system made of visible sinusoidal elements, which significantly improves the energy efficiency, aesthetics, and longevity of the building.
The project is taking place during the period of 2024–2025 and includes a complete renovation of the building’s exterior envelope, including the design, supply, and installation of the new system.
The implementation includes these main activities:
- Dismantling and environmentally friendly disposal of the original Boletic cladding
- Design and installation of a ventilated facade system with a visible CR18 element anchored to a bidirectional support grid
- Insulation of the building with mineral insulation to improve thermal performance parameters
- Cladding of the entrance portal using Dekcassette Ideal visible panels
- Coordination with manufacturing partners DEK / Dekmetal s.r.o.
Following the successful first phase implemented in 2024, work continues on the extension of the 3rd and 4th floors, with completion expected in December 2025.
