a.s.<\/strong> during the period of <strong>August\u2013September 2025<\/strong>.<br\/>The repairs were carried out within the scope of <strong>&#8220;medium repairs&#8221;<\/strong> according to the requirements of customer <strong>KSB \u2013 PUMPY + ARMATURY s.r.o.<\/strong> as part of service provision for equipment for <strong>\u010cEZ Group<\/strong>.<br\/>The objective was to ensure operational reliability of the pumps, eliminate identified defects, and restore technical parameters of the pumps after long-term operation.<\/p>\n\n<p>The contract included complete disassembly, inspection, and repair of all three pumps of type <strong>800-BQLV-953<\/strong>, including workshop measurements and dynamic balancing.<\/p>\n\n<p>Main activities performed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Complete disassembly of pumps and cleaning of components<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection and measurement of all parts<\/strong> after disassembly, <strong>evaluation of wear and repair proposals<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Replacement and repair of damaged parts<\/strong> including manufacturing of new components in <strong>SUTOR Global<\/strong> workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamic balancing of impellers<\/strong> and clearance inspection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application of protective coatings<\/strong> after <strong>blasting of internal and external surfaces<\/strong> in cooperation with <strong>SUTOR Global<\/strong> paint shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assembly of pumps, measurement of functional parameters, and preparation of measurement protocols<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection of operational values before and after commissioning<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The project required key <strong>coordination between the service team, machining workshop, and paint shop<\/strong>, which enabled completion of repairs despite limited availability of original spare
