{"id":11317,"date":"2025-11-13T14:17:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T13:17:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sutorglobal.com\/reference\/repair-of-spp-pumps-rg31-7sp\/"},"modified":"2025-11-13T14:17:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T13:17:12","slug":"repair-of-spp-pumps-rg31-7sp","status":"publish","type":"reference","link":"https:\/\/www.sutorglobal.com\/en\/reference\/repair-of-spp-pumps-rg31-7sp\/","title":{"rendered":"REPAIR OF SPP PUMPS RG31&nbsp;7SP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The company <strong>SUTOR Global s.r.o.<\/strong> carried out a&nbsp;<strong>medium repair of the vertical pump SPP PUMPS RG31&nbsp;7SP<\/strong> for the plant <strong>Air Products s.r.o. \u2013 Teplice<\/strong>.<br\/>The project was executed between <strong>April and June 2025<\/strong> with the aim of restoring full functionality of the equipment after detecting a&nbsp;mechanical seal leak and damage to key components.<\/p>\n\n<p>The work began with the <strong>disassembly of the pump directly at the customer&#8217;s&nbsp;site<\/strong> and its subsequent <strong>transport, including the electric motor<\/strong>, to the workshops of <strong>SUTOR Global<\/strong>.<br\/>After conducting initial inspections and measurements, the <strong>medium repair of the pump<\/strong> commenced, which included:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Complete disassembly and cleaning of the pump<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Measurement and assessment of the technical condition of all parts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repair of the damaged shaft<\/strong> at the sliding bearings \u2013 <strong>renovation was carried out in the SUTOR Global workshops<\/strong>, significantly <strong>reducing costs<\/strong> for the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manufacture of new sliding bearings, impeller rings, and casing equalization<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dynamic balancing of the pump rotor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application of protective coatings<\/strong> and <strong>preparation of a&nbsp;comprehensive repair report with measurement records<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reinstallation of the pump<\/strong> and <strong>professional supervision during commissioning<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>After successful trial operation, the equipment was <strong>handed over for full operation<\/strong>, where it continues to function reliably.
