We confirm the existence of an internal regulation that governs the implementation of the whistleblowing issue and the prohibition of retaliation identified in Section 4 of the Act and Article 19 of the relevant EU Directive.<\/p>\n\n<p>The identity of the whistleblower may not be disclosed to a&nbsp;third party or authority without his or her recorded express consent, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
